  I followed your instructions exactly as posted and I have no sound. 
  I do have two (2) speakers in my task bar at the top of my Desktop.

    a.) takes me to sound preferences.  When the pointer is placed on the Icon it says Output: 100%

    b.) takes me to a drop down.  One selection is Preferences another is volume.  When the pointer is placed on the Icon it says  Master: 100%

Right now I'm molding the new look of the site into what I think it should be like, hopefully you will like it. It should be final soon enough, keep checking back and watch for changes! Give me some feedback also!

So as of late, there has been some talk between another member and myself of a possible podcast considering I already have a bit of nice gear ready to go and it would prove a good experiment on using some OSS to get the job done.

I've really been doing a ton of work on the site here lately putting in some serious effort to getting it ready for everyone.
Today alone I finished getting these modules finished and configured ready to go:

Woot! I've signed up for Technorati, just wanting to check it out maybe get a few things here and there and hit it up for some ideas and buzz now and then.
